Information collected by the Portal about users

During the use of the portal, information allowing the identification of the computer in the form of a text file, the so-called “cookie”, may be periodically placed on the User’s computer. The placed file makes it possible to collect certain information about the User’s computer (e.g. computer’s operating system, type of browser, Internet Protocol [IP] address) on the computer’s hard drive. The use of cookies is intended to make it easier for Users: to adapt websites to their needs properly, to remember User preferences and individual settings, to create viewing statistics. In particular, this mechanism allows Users to create their own collections when using the website.

The user can deactivate the option to accept cookies in their web browser at any time. Disabling this function may cause difficulties in using the full functionality of the Portal.

The service administrator reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

The Administrator and the cultural institutions whose Resources are presented on the Portal, as well as all the persons who have contributed to the creation and making available of the Resources, have made every effort to determine the legal status of the Resources made available. However, we do not warrant that all Resources are free from third party intellectual property rights. By using the Resources for personal or commercial use, you accept that neither the Portal Administrator nor the Cultural Institutions publishing on the Portal shall be liable for any use of the Resources that is unlawful or infringes the rights of third parties.
