The mission of the Wiktor Kulerski Municipal Library in Grudziądz is to promote reading, as well as to disseminate knowledge and culture among the local community. This is achieved by acquiring both contemporary and historical publications related to Grudziądz for the library’s collection, with a particular focus on expanding the collection of works by Wiktor Kulerski. The promotion of regional belonging is further supported through the promotion of publications and creative works by local authors, including the organization of author meetings.
