The Museum of Pałucka Land in Żnin is a regional museum with a collection of exhibits, memorabilia and documents testifying to the rich history of Żnin and Pałuki. In the town hall tower from the 15th century, the treasury, armoury and meeting room of the town councillors have been recreated, as well as exhibits found during the revitalisation of the market square. The ‘Magistrat’ houses exhibitions on the history of Znin’s printing industry, the ethnography of the Pałuki region, a motorboat sports museum and temporary exhibitions. In the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum in Wenecja, which is a branch of the Museum of the Pałuki Region in Żnin, you can see an open-air museum of steam locomotives, carriages and traction vehicles.
