The Museum of Education in Bydgoszcz was established on October 14, 1985. It currently operates as a department of the Marian Rejewski Pedagogical Library of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Bydgoszcz. It holds materials and exhibits documenting the history of education in the region. It collects the legacies of teachers and educational workers, as well as the records of schools and other educational institutions. It possesses a rich collection of school textbooks (the oldest dating back to the late 19th century) and school certificates.
